The estate is 'All Inclusive' and price includes breakfast, house menu, hot and cold beverages and alcoholic drinks.
The estate have 6 full time staff in the duties of guest relations, maid, cooking, maintenance and security.

Early Bird promotion
10% discount for booking made 180 days or more in advance. Applicable to new bookings, at full occupancy rates, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Not applicable for Xmas/NY.
Payment Conditions
An initial deposit of 50% of the Villa rental will be paid when availability is confirmed.
Outstanding balance will be paid at least 30 days before the day of arrival.
If booking is within 30 days of the arrival, the whole rental fee of the Villa shall be due upon confirmation of the availability.
The estate is ideal for up to 8 people, 2 additional beds can be added at USD 70 per night each.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge.
Note: It is assumed that prior to confirming a reservation sanctioned by a deposit, the paying guest has read the General Terms & Conditions of Angthong Villa.
